Shawl Cocoa & Roses

The scent of cocoa and roses, a little house with lace curtains at the windows, old books, and a chest filled with Grandma’s fabrics and ribbons—and, of course, a cat who knows more than he ever lets on. These were the images from which the scarf was born.

In these complicated times, we long for our own little island of peace and steadiness—a place where the sun always shines and birdsong fills the air, where Grandma is there with a kind word and a warm cup of cocoa; a place to rest, to breathe, and to find refuge from the rush of everyday life.

The scarf carries the spirit of such a place. It calms and slows the pace, offering comfort to the weary, gently whispering the things it has learned from old books. It was born from a child’s herbarium and dried rosebuds, from Grandma’s stories and the imprint of the morning sun on a wooden floor. That is why the flowers on the silk are softly blurred, while the beige background bears subtle, weathered marks, like a beloved fabric that has lived many lives.

It was created for the woman who wants to carry a little island of peace with her wherever she goes, wrapping herself in the delicate silk of love against the storms of the world.
